  • I have formatted my Nokia 3110c successfully in this way once. But in that time, I didn’t find exact product code according to my phone. After getting the exact product code in another firmware I’m trying to format my phone again, but it’s not working. The phoenix software is showing the following message after sometimes clicking on refurbish:-

(The flashing failed. Do you like to retry the flashing?

    HRESULT 0x84210027 (-2078212057)

Firmware updating failed. Error 0x8401F124 - Flash: It was not possible to prepare target device for flashing. Rootkeyhash from bootcode or flash images may be incorrect.)

So please help me what can I do now to format my phone successfully again?
