Don't try to downgrade your phone, because c3 is BB5 phones with complicated security protect, so it's not possible to downgrade.

The versions i tried were cr**ed versions (and, among the tried versions, there was the one from leoting.com / seidea.com).
The same message still appears.
I tried just now with another usb cable, same message ... Don't know what else to try ...

Hello,

Finally, i found the answer. The issue wasn't from the execution ("Install a nokia dongle and try again"), but the installation ("Unable to execute file : Phoenix Service Software. Phoenix Service software failed : code 5. Acces refusé"). I had to quit my AV (AVG in my case) to install (and then use) the software properly
